The Quality Control Department is in charge of inspecting raw materials
and controlling the quality, and also inspects the quality of manufacture
and shipment. Our company has many facilities.
Materials/Components
-Our company has cooperated with raw material suppliers for a long time,
-they offer us quality materials and components.
Procedures/testing Details
IQC: all raw materials are checked by the advanced machines and then
can be used.
QC: all the products are inspected by QC team and then be made artificial
aging, after that it can process next working procedure.
QA: in order to guarantee the quality of product, all products are rechecked
by QA before shipment.
